The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface. The cavities of rolls are machined. To meet the different technological requirements, the rolls can be heated by system. The caving brackets are designed with cooling water cycling passage. The bushes are cooled by the circulating waters. So overheat of bush can be avoided. Overload protection device is provided to protect the main parts from damage to overload. The reverse current plugging system is provided above the rolls. In case of emergency the safety rod is pulled down and the rolls will be stopped immediately. The roll gap can be easily adjusted manual or auto. The machine is designed with NGW planetary gear reducer which is of long service life, low noise, small volume and high drive efficiency.
